If requesting a replacement unlock code or reissue of an activation serial number a small fee is required to process the support request. If required, a letter of destruction will be issued requiring completion prior to reissue of new registration information.  Proof of purchase must accompany your relicensing request and may be e-mailed to sales@nc-software.com after purchasing a relicensing fee.
